1)Summary
SEEC-8000-1 Integrated Automation System of Hydropower Station uses automatic control technology and network communication technology.
Because of apply to computer monitoring system ,automatic control,protection,measurement,telecontrol and video monitoring,it can communicate with cascade dispatching center to compete telemetering,romote signalling,telecontrol and remote regulating,so that realize unattended operation or on duty with less person and safe economical operation for hydropower station.Systmem is composed of power station control layer and local control protective layer,etc.
2)System Performance
Using the UNIX/WINDOWS 2000 operating system as the system software platform. The software is develoveloped based on the industrial standard operating platform.
All the station with Ethernet exchange data. Reduntant configuration of critical components,so that the system has high reliability.
Strong date processing alility,fast response,tability. LCU equipment is available,measuring point online cast back. Strong system maintenance ability,reduce the burden on users.
Open system design,hardware and software can be updated. Through the connection of“opening database(ODBC)”and standard database(SQL SERVER,ORACLE,SYBASE,etc),can exchange data with MIS system.

Ø Adopts industrial ethernet for system communication network.
Ø Background monitoring computer(hardware uses the current high grade configuration).Adopts stand-alone systems of hot standby system.
Ø The remote access VPN as the optional function by the request of customer.
SEEC-8000-1-B ：Mid-range type，for medium and small unit
Ø Unit automatic control panel(LCU)adopt tablet PC and medium PLC(such as：Siemens S7-300 series，GE PAC Systems Rx3i series，Schneider Premium series)
Ø Adopts high-speed optical fiber ethernet as the system communication network.
Ø Background monitoring computer(hardware uses the current high grade configuration)Adopt the hot standby system.
Ø The remote access VPN as the optional function by the request of customer.
SEEC-8000-1-C：Advanced type,for medium and large unit
Ø Adopts integral industry controller and large PLC(such as：Siemens S7-400 series，GE S90-70 series，Schneider Quantum series)
