1. Provide all-round technical consultation service for customers free of charge.
2. Product quality "Three Guarantees" for one year (except vulnerable parts), within the specified warranty period, if the manufacturing quality is original. 3. If the unit can not operate normally or the parts are damaged, it shall be responsible for free repair or replacement. The "Three Guarantees" will be operated under the green light.
3. Respond quickly to the operation failure of the supplied equipment and solve it in time. Make a reply within 8 hours after receiving the quality problem information reflected by users or send relevant personnel to the site within 24 hours to solve the problem first and then distinguish the responsibility. If users are not satisfied with the quality, the service will not stop.
4. During the installation and commissioning of the power station, the customer service technicians shall provide free technical training on the commissioning, use and maintenance of the power station personnel.
5. Assist users to deal with technical services not within the scope of supplier's responsibility during installation and operation, and charge moderately.
6. Meet the customer's demand for spare parts at any time, and ensure the supply at the most favorable price.
7. Customer service technicians shall implement regular return visit mechanism to customers.
